Return Policy: We offer a 30 days Money back guarantee, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For hygienic reasons and for the safety of our Customers We will not accept any merchandise that has been Opened, used or altered in any way (brushed, combed, picked, cut or washed, etc.). Tags must be attached and the original packaging must be fully intact. For individual extensions, none of the strands should be pulled out in any way.

To initiate a return You must contact us first  within thirty (30) day return period. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All Yadii Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

We will then provide you with our return address that is closest to you (USA, Colombia and  Canada.) where the returned items will be INSPECTED to see if you QUALIFY for a return. Opened merchandise will not be refunded.

If you have any concerns with, or do not understand, our Return Policy, we welcome you to contact us and we will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns.

Returning items – Shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend nah you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost item.
