Shipping : We offer free shipping withins the Unite States on ALL orders

We ship to Canada, Europe, Asia and Africa form Our main distribution Center locate in Miami – Florida

We ship to South America and Central America from Our warehouse Locate in Cali – Colombia.

 

It will take 2-3 business days to ship your order plus the days the shipping company takes to deliver the package. Please allow 5- 7 days to receive your package after purchase.

All Our orders are shipped with tracking and signature confirmation.

We can use either USPS, UPS or FEDEX, to ship our products, you will notified via email when your order has shipped.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekend and holidays.

TRACKING

After we processed your order, you will receive an email notification showing your order as completed, then you will receive a second email with tracking information and link to the shipping company where you can track your package. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking number to appear in the system.

 

 

WRONG ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at the time of purchase, we will not be responsible for packages delivered to wrong address.

If you need to make changes to your order p, please contact us as soon as possible, We can’t make changes if the order is already shipped.

If you need your order sooner please contact us, we will make an effort to speed up your orders processing time.

Customers outside of United States are responsible to pay for any import, duties, custom and local taxes charged by your country, as we are unable to advise the amount of what these fee might be, we recommend to contact your country’s custom office or tax agent for respective charges and rate on a package coming outside of your country.
